  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Good Presentation

BIM MANAGER
1 Positions
  •  Bachelor degree in Architecture or High Vocational Certificate with minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience
  • Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with Engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Set up Building Information Modelling system by using BIM software
  • Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards and content (library);
  • Conduct in-house BIM training;
BIM / CAD OPERATOR
2 Positions

  • High Vocational  Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

  • Basic English Communication

  • Positive Attitude & Team Player

  • Abilities : Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office

 

 

 

 

ADMINISTRATOR / เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ

  • วุฒิ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา

  • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point) ได้ดี

  • มีความรู้ความสามารถงานเอกสารและการจัดเก็บเอกสารดี

  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานกับตัวเลขได้

  • ประสานงานทั่วไปทั้งภายในและภายนอกตามที่บริษัทมอบหมาย

  • หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Accounting Officer / พนักงานบัญชี
1 Position

  • การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านทางการบัญชี 1 ปีขึ้นไป

  • สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมทางบัญชีได้เป็นอย่างดี

  • มีประสบการณ์ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ

  • สามารถปรับตัวได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ แม่นยำและตรงต่อเวลา

Estimator / พนักงานประเมินราคา
2 Positions

  • การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรม

  • มีประสบการณ์งานถอดแบบและประมาณราคาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

  • สามารถถอดปริมาณและราคา (BOQ) ตามแบบก่อสร้าง

  • สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม   Microsoft Excel ได้ในระดับดี และโปรแกรม Auto Cad ได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น

  • มีความระเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานในช่วงเวลาจำกัด และภายใต้ความกดดันได้
